Please provide all food for your dog to eat for the entire stay with us. We do have a collection of treats(providing you are happy for us to treat them during walks etc) We will provide bowls for food & water. Any medical needs will be catered for if you bring written instructions along with medication at drop off.

A few uncomfortable questions that the council also insist we have signed consent for I’m afraid. In the unfortunate event that we feel your dog needs a visit to the vet, whether through illness or injury, would you like to be informed? We are happy to deal with any problems & leave it until you get home.

In the unlikely event that your dog becomes so poorly & the vets recommend the kindest act would be euthanasia, do you give us permission to consent to this? (This would obviously be a last resort & purely the kindest act for the dog)
